Shipping policy

We ship exclusively within Germany.

Delivery Time Delivery takes 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. Orders are processed and shipped on business days.

Shipping Costs Shipping is free for orders of €110 or more. For orders under €110, shipping costs apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carrier We ship via DHL or a comparable package delivery service. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Delays Delays may occur during periods of high order volume (e.g., holidays). We will notify you if your delivery is delayed.
